Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • 1. Digital Product Nature All courses offered by Learn Thai with Joy and June are digital products delivered via an online learning platform. Because access to the course material is granted immediately upon purchase or via email delivery, all sales are final.
  • 2. No-Refund Policy We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any of our online VDO courses once the purchase is confirmed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund or chargeback.
  • 3. Delivery of Access * Method: Delivery is digital. No physical goods will be shipped.
    • Timeline: After successful payment, an email containing your Username and Password will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours (usually much faster).
    • Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct email address. Please check your "Junk" or "Spam" folder if you do not see the access email.
  • 4. Cancellation You may stop using the course at any time, but no partial refunds will be given for unused time, as you have been granted lifelong access.
